Confirm withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid purchases (the Pro unlock as well as step packs; distance contracts, FAGG). This page contains the statutory withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form (Annex I Part B FAGG). See also § 7 of our Terms. The German version is legally authoritative; this English text is a courtesy translation.

1. Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Fekete, Tischlerweg 4, 4643 Pettenbach, +43 681 10232970, founder@tripbriefing.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://tripbriefing.ai/en/widerruf. The “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of every page of our website leads there as well. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without undue delay, with information on the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry and value compensation on immediate performance

The Pro unlock and step packs are digital services (sec 18 para 1 no 1 FAGG). If, at the time of purchase, you expressly requested that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your awareness that your right of withdrawal is lost upon complete performance, your right of withdrawal expires only once the service has been completely performed (sec 18 para 1 no 1 FAGG; not already when performance begins). We obtain this request and confirmation at checkout via a dedicated mandatory checkbox: for the Pro unlock and for step packs alike. If you did not give this request and confirmation at purchase, your right of withdrawal remains unaffected. If performance began at your request and you withdraw before it is complete, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of the contract (sec 16 FAGG).
