Step pool empty? Top up with bonus steps. For everyone, no subscription. They get used up, but don't expire.
Bonus steps inherit your plan: as Pro you get Pro reports (deep research, festivals, PDF, favourites), as Free, Free reports (standard search). The packs aren't a Pro upgrade, just more steps. Purchased reports never expire.

All prices are final. As a small business under § 6 (1) no. 27 Austrian VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

What does a briefing cost?
A step is one stop of your trip in the standard search. Free comes with 20 steps, once and without a subscription; a Free report covers up to 5 stops. Pro is a one-time purchase with 300 steps and unlocks Deep Research, festivals, PDF and favourites. Prices are on the pricing page.
Do my steps expire?
No. Steps do not refill, but they do not expire either. They stay until you use them or delete your account.
What if a search goes wrong?
If a search breaks on our side, you get all the steps for it back. If a stop has nothing that fits, we do not plan the trip and you get all steps back. If deep research cannot run in full for a stop, you get the surcharge back. Before the search starts you can cancel at any time without using steps. If you cancel once the search is running, the steps are not credited back.
What happens to my trip data?
We need your input for the search and the briefing. Free-text fields must not contain sensitive details such as health or religion; we reject such input. What we store and for how long is in the privacy policy.
Can I withdraw from a purchase?
Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons. If you request immediate performance at checkout, the right of withdrawal expires only once the service has been performed in full. If you withdraw before that, you owe a proportionate amount for what has already been provided. The full instructions and the form are on the withdrawal page.
How long does my briefing stay?
With Free a briefing stays 30 days, with Pro Forever, for as long as your account exists.
Do I book with you?
No. We find stays that fit your trip; you book as usual, directly with Agoda or Booking.com.
What goes into the free-text fields?
Wishes about the accommodation, such as breakfast, free cancellation or facilities, go into the preferences, for the whole trip or per stop. Enter an area under “Preferred neighborhood”, a specific place under “Hotel should be close to” and what you plan to do under “Activities”. Ask questions about the place, getting around or the time of year under “Questions about your trip”. An AI answers them briefly in your briefing where it can do so reliably. We don't answer questions about health, law or safety, and we reject sensitive details.
